I offer full-scale virtual assistant services to mission-driven directors, executives, and entrepreneurs at for-profit and nonprofit entities of all sizes. I value discretion, communication, authenticity, accessibility, and inclusivity. If you value these things, let’s connect!

There are many causes I can get behind, and if I don’t know about an issue, I’m eager to learn about it from your perspective. That being said, I have my limits. If your mission is driven by homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, ableism, white supremacy, or Christian supremacy, I won’t work with you. If you’re concerned that your mission unintentionally crosses these boundaries, we can talk about it. It becomes a problem when you ignore it or you’re proud of it.

I reserve the right to decline work with anyone who I don’t think I align with or whose projects I can’t comfortably contribute to. To do my due diligence, I review every new client inquiry on a case-by-case basis.

Most of my offers only cover the cost of one service, whereas my full-scale virtual assistant (VA) services cover all of them (excluding packages). They’re a great option if you need more than one kind of service on a regular basis.

The monthly rates for my full-scale VA services are retainer fees. In other words, you’re “reserving” up to X hours of support each month. My pricing is not prorated if you don’t use the maximum amount of hours in your package, and hours do not roll over from month to month.

I use time tracking software to show how much time I spend supporting each client, each month. Ask me at any time how many hours you have left for the month!

After one full month of support, I can also share how many hours you use per month (on average). Ask me at any time after your first full month for this information.

That’s okay! I offer these services for a minimum of one month, so you don’t need to commit to working with me long-term. However, I do not offer prorated pricing - if you only need me for a couple of weeks, we can discuss alternative offers that might save you some money.

Nope! Weekly check-ins are complimentary with each package.

If a check-in exceeds the complimentary time limit (15 minutes for Bronze and 30 minutes for Silver and Gold, any extra time will count towards your time limit per month.

I provide text support for full-scale clients from Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. While I don’t have set hours at this time, you’re most likely to hear back from me after 4pm PST.
